Return and Replacement Policy

- Only products purchased directly from www.ExpressB.co.in are eligible for exchange within 24 hours of delivery.

 

- We offer store credit for products returned to us in their original condition, valid for 1 year.

 

- If your product was not purchased on our website, please contact the original seller for returns and exchanges. For products purchased on Amazon, please reach out to Amazon Customer Care. You can also contact us via WhatsApp at +91 84528 73724 for orders processed on Amazon.

 

- To initiate a return, contact us within 24 hours with your proof of purchase from our website and two (2) photos of the product you wish to return.

 

- The product must be in its original packaging and perfect re-sellable condition, with all content intact. Please ensure that the protective film is intact and not peeled off. An unboxing video is mandatory for any claims or returns.

 

- In certain conditions, a screenshot of the phone model name must be submitted for further processing.

We recommend using a mailing service with a tracking option for the return package. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages during return transit.

 

Once we receive your package and our quality assurance team verifies that it meets the conditions, we will contact you to offer an exchange.

 

If your store credit is approved, it will be processed and sent automatically via mail within 4-7 working days.

 

Exclusions:

 

We are unable to exchange your product in certain situations, including:
- If the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error.
- If the replacement is initiated more than 24 hours after delivery.

 

Replacement Policy:

 

- If you receive the wrong product, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please raise a replacement request within 24 hours of delivery.
- Replacement orders will be shipped within 48 hours. If the replacement product is not in stock, we will issue store credit.
If the delivered product is unsatisfactory, we will either replace it or issue store credit. Please note that no refunds will be issued.
- Once we receive your package and verify its perfect re-sellable condition, we will contact you to offer a replacement. If the product is not in sellable condition, we will not be liable to replace it.
