Welcome to the ExpressB Affiliate Program! These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") outline the policies and expectations for affiliates partnering with us to promote our mobile accessories. By joining our program, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility

1.1. Affiliates must provide accurate and complete information during the sign-up process.
1.2. ExpressB reserves the right to approve or decline any affiliate application at its discretion.

2. Commission Structure

2.1. Affiliates earn commissions on completed sales generated via their unique referral links or promo codes.
2.2. The standard commission rate is 15–20% of the net sale value, excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts.
2.3. Special performance-based bonuses may apply for high-performing affiliates.

3. Returns and Refunds

3.1. Commissions are paid only for completed transactions where no return or refund is initiated by the customer.
3.2. If a sale results in a return or refund, the corresponding commission will:

• Be deducted from the affiliate's future payouts, or
• Be adjusted in the current cycle if not yet paid out.
  3.3. ExpressB recognizes the value of your efforts as an influencer and understands that you're not at fault when customers initially purchase through your referral. However, commissions cannot be paid for orders that are unsuccessful due to issues such as fraud, chargebacks, cancellations, or delivery rejections (e.g., COD orders).

We understand you may feel this is beyond your control, but please note that many rejections occur during delivery, where ExpressB incurs costs like shipping and Return to Origin (RTO) fees from logistics partners. Despite this, we truly appreciate your role in driving traffic and hope you view this partnership as a mutually beneficial collaboration.

4. Reconciliation Period

4.1. Payments are processed after a 30-day reconciliation period, allowing us to account for potential returns or refunds.
4.2. Affiliates will receive detailed sales and deduction reports for transparency.

5. Payment Terms

5.1. Commissions are paid monthly via the payment method provided by the affiliate.
5.2. Minimum payout threshold: ₹500 (or equivalent in other currencies).
5.3. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details; ExpressB is not responsible for failed payments due to incorrect information.

6. Promotional Guidelines

6.1. Affiliates must use ethical marketing practices. False claims, misleading content, or spam tactics are prohibited.
6.2. Affiliates may not bid on ExpressB-branded keywords in paid advertising campaigns without prior approval.
6.3. ExpressB-branded materials (logos, images, etc.) must be used only as provided.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1. Any disputes regarding commissions, returns, or deductions must be raised within 7 days of the payout date.
7.2. ExpressB will review disputes and resolve them at its discretion.

8. Termination

8.1. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.
8.2. Affiliates found violating these T&Cs will forfeit pending commissions and may face termination.

9. Agreement Renewal and Renegotiation

9.1. The agreement may be subject to renewal or renegotiation, depending on the brand's discretion, until further notification. Affiliates will be informed of any updates or changes as they arise.

10. Amendments

10.1. ExpressB reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes.
